30-minute and 45-minute durations are not recommended for the initial visit. Our therapists always provide a health history review and/or assessment to ensure we always have the most up-to-date health information, ensuring massage therapy is indicated and will do no harm. This process can take 5-10 minutes for non-complex health histories and/or 10-30 minutes for complex cases or injuries; the remaining time is your hands-on treatment time. We ask to book your duration accordingly to receive the full time desired, and please fill out your online Health History intake forms prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will be given the remaining time left of their scheduled appointment and charged the full fee. No-Show appointments or appointments cancelled outside of our strict 48-hour cancellation policy will be charged 100% of their reserved appointment.
